Backup/Restore
What is your backup availibility/policy ?
Backup service is included for all shared hosting and reseller hosting customers.
On daily basis, we perform incremental backup of your web files, databases (MySQL, PgSQL, and MSSQL), mailboxes and mail settings regularly to our backup storage. In addition to the daily incremental backup, we also perform a full weekly backup. We guarantee the availability of this backup for the duration of seven days. To conserve space on our backup storage, we do not perform backup of your log files. The log files for the last seven days are stored within your account folder and can be downloaded to your local PC anytime using FTP or File Manager.
Customer may request for backup restore service at any time. Please read our restore service request policy and Terms of Service.
What is your restore request policy ?
When requested, we will make all attempts to restore customer's data for a fee of €50 per each restore request when it is clear that such restore is requested because of customer's own fault/negligence. For customer's own fault/negligence, we do not guarantee that restore request can be fulfilled, although this has never happened before. Please note that web log files are not backed up so it cannot be restored.
For our own fault/negligence, we will restore customer file(s) free of charge when requested provided that such request is made within seven days after the time the negligence is done. After the seven days, we offer no guarantee that the restore request can be fulfilled. In the rare event that we can not restore customer file(s) while it is clear that the request has been made within seven days after the time the negligence is done, we agree to compensate customer 100% of customer's monthly hosting fee. This compensation will be provided as service credit only and can only be given once in any one-month period.
All restore requests must be submitted by creating a ticket from your HSphere control panel. This is to verify that the irreversible backup restore has been authorized by the account owner and/or administrator.

During DNS propagation, when your ISP may still have your domain pointed on the old server, the only way to access your domain/subdomain on our server will be through this unique internal URL or through dedicated IP, if you have one.

- To add another line, go to the last line and press "i" (insert).
